Emanuel serves on the boards of Downtown Development Authority and Evermore Community Improvement District. As an automotive enthusiast and journalist, Emanuel has published numerous works on automotive, business, and political subjects, including books and over 2,000 magazine articles. Together with his wife Kathy, he has successfully owned and operated Random Technology, a leading catalytic converter manufacturer, for 25 years.
